Roto & Flexo prints

Our Company was registered in February 1993 as one of the first private companies in Ukraine. The company name ”Zvyagel” – it`s the former (historical) name of a city Novograd-Wolynsky where the office and the plant are based.

Everything has started from a newspaper whose first issue dates back to July 30, 1993. Today, the newspaper is published on 24 pages and has the regional edition status.

We print on ADAST Romajor & Man Roland machines.

We offer a wide range of products verging from colour business cards to books and magazines.

We`ve bought the first, six coloured flexo printer in 2007. The machine was delivered and installed by a leading printing machines supplier in Ukraine – MacHOUSE.

We print flexible packaging on this machine, i.e: films and coated papers for butter, margarine packing.

At the end of 2007 the company was transformed into an Ukrainian-Polish company named “Zvyagel-Print”.

To broaden and adapt our offer to quick developing labels market, we`ve installed modern and high efficient roto-printer. This let us achieve very high print quality and design repeatability. Additionally, we have purchased machines that accompany such production: sleeve adhesive machine, adhesive control and sleeve rewind machine, film and paper cutting machine 1100mm width.

This equipment is mainly dedicated to shrink sleeve labels production used in: dairy, chemicals, fruit & vegetable industries and others. Our production is dedicated in the first place to Ukrainian and Polish markets.

The portfolio of our customers includes the biggest Ukrainian producers, i.e.: “Rud”, “Rainford”, “Favorit”, “Molochnik” (Молочник), “Galichina” (Галичина), “Lvovholod” (Львовхолод), “Komo” and others placed in a Zhitomir and Galicia, Lviv region.
